At Send For Help, we recognise that the Lone Worker protection marketplace is constantly evolving. That’s why we’re continually developing new products, updating software and bringing new innovations to the marketplace.

We already have a proud history of developing award-winning lone worker personal alarms. These small, lightweight devices come fitted with one button alarm activation, two-way audio communications, GPS tracking and ‘mandown’ fall sensor options as well as a whole range of other features. Our devices have been designed with one purpose – to allow those in difficulty to get help, fast.

Each of our alarms is fully certified and audited to BS 8484:2016 (the code of practice for the provision of lone worker devices) and accredited to the coveted ‘Secured by Design’ accolade, which guarantees national police approval of their use.

For those not wishing to carry a dedicated device, we’ve also developed a range of personal safety Smartphone applications. Available on all major operating platforms, the software easily enables connection to our Alarm Receiving Centre with a simple command.

Personal Safety Alarms

  • Call a phone number of your choice, with the ability to track and find the device by sending a simple text message
  • Discreet vibrate function to indicate when an alarm has been initiated

Smartphone Solutions

  • Panic Alarm function allowing the user to call for help at anytime, anywhere.
  • Easy and discreet alarm activation. The designated Panic Alarm button overrides the phone’s keypad lock.
  • Rapid response via either our fully accredited 24 hour Alarm Receiving Centre or dedicated emergency contacts of your choice.
  • GPS locating technology helps pinpoint the user’s exact location in an emergency.
  • Two-way audio allows controllers to assess the situation and reassure the user.
  • All alarm audio is digitally recorded and stored for evidential use in prosecutions.
  • Activity Log also allows lone workers to log in and out of daily tasks, leaving details of their location and the expected duration.

There’s also a standard mobile phone option; a convenient and cost effective lone worker solution which allows users to log their daily activities and connect to our service from any mobile phone.
