– the National Police Chief’s Council (NPCC) coveted product design scheme, awarded to Skyguard’s MySOS device, Guardian24’s MicroGuard device and our ARC.
– Our subsidiaries are registered with the Environment Agency and an authorised Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive compliance scheme, for the safe disposal and recycling of our devices.
– the standard for security screening of individuals employed in ARCs; all Skyguard employees are externally screened to the standard and CRB checked.

Send For Help has been assessed and approved by QMS International Ltd to the standards of ISO 27001:2013 - demonstrating that the group is following information security best practice. The standard proves that Send For Help has the ability to handle sensitive data securely.

We hold the Chairmanship of the BSIA Lone Worker Section and our subsidiaries are all members of the Section Committee which maintains standards within the industry.

- As a representative of the BSIA, both Skyguard and Guardian24 are national Committee Members of the British Standards Institution (BSI) contributing to the development and revision of the BS 8484 standard.

– Send For Help is included in the Financial Times “FT1000” list of Europe’s fastest growing companies. The list comprises of the top 1000 companies across Europe that have achieved the highest percentage growth in revenues in the past three years. Send For Help was ranked 625th on the list — one of just 159 companies from the UK.

Security & Fire Excellence Awards
Dubbed ‘the Oscars’ of the Security industry, Send For Help’s brands have won awards at the 2013, 2014 and 2015 events.
In 2013, Guardian 24 was awarded the Lone Worker Protection Solution of the Year. Sponsored by the BSIA, Guardian24 beat off stiff competition to win this prestigious security industry award for our Android smartphone application.
It was Skyguard’s turn the following year when the award was given in recognition of our work with Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust in the ‘Best Deployment of Lone Worker Technology’ category.
Three years in a row and Guardian24 took the honours in the ‘Best Deployment of Lone Worker Technology’ at the Security & Fire Excellence Awards 2015. The award recognised the outstanding contribution to lone worker protection as deployed by one of Guardian24’s key clients, Macmillan Cancer Support.
