The Send For Help Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Naz Dossa as Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.
Having initially joined the business in February 2020 as Chief Commercial Officer, Naz has shown strong leadership over the last few months during the coronavirus crisis proving that he is the right person to lead the Group on a permanent basis.
Naz Dossa comments:
“I am really proud to take the reins of the Send For Help Group with some exciting projects in the pipeline this year. The business provides critical services to people who are potentially at risk and we take this responsibility very seriously. These services, coupled with the coronavirus crisis, have become more critical to safeguard employees from risk, providing them with better outcomes in the case of an emergency, as well as – where possible – helping them to avoid emergencies completely. We are perfectly positioned to help both public and private sector organisations fulfil their duty of care obligations.”
“The staff here are passionate about delivering the best possible response to any SOS alarm that’s raised. I’m really looking forward to adding my experience to this already fantastic team and promoting our values and expertise to new and existing customers.”
Using our technology as a springboard, we will deliver greater insight and risk mitigation in the future as I look to build upon the excellent work the team has done over many years. In addition, it’s my responsibility to ensure we put people at the heart of safety as it is always front of mind how critically important these services are that we provide.
With the support of our investors at ECI, we will continue to invest in key areas and deliver an outstanding service on every single customer touch point.
